Having login or registration issues? Please review the guided steps for either Login Challenges or Registration Challenges. Login Challenges: In 2010, we have added many new features and programs to the website. Therefore, if you are using Blue Health Connection login credentials created prior to 2010, you will need to re-register for the Blue Health Connection to receive your new login credentials. If you have already registered in 2010, click here for help retrieving your User Name or Password. (Keep in mind that your Blue Health Connection credentials might differ from your www.fepblue.org login credentials and other FEP-related sites.) Registration Challenges:

Here are the steps to follow for registering on Blue Health Connection:

  1. On the Guest page (https://fep.careenhance.com/portal/site/fep/), click on the link that says "Click here to start now." You'll see it in the gray box at the top of the page. OR you can click the "Register" button in the navigation bar at the top right corner of the Guest page.
  2. On the Your Information page,
    1. Enter your first and last name as you submitted it to the BlueCross BlueShield Association when you enrolled. If you are the contract holder, enter your name just as it appears on your Member ID Card. Do not include any middle name or initials.
    2. Enter the R number exactly as listed on your Member ID card. You must include the letter R in front of the numbers to successfully enter your R number.
    3. Click the "Next Step" button. Be patient - do not press the "Next Step" button multiple times as this will cause the registration process to fail and you will have to start over again.
  3. On the Your Privacy page,
    1. Review and accept the privacy policy by clicking the "Accept" button. If you choose the "Decline" button, you will not have access to Blue Health Connection.
    2. Enter your date of birth exactly as it appears on your Member ID Card or as you submitted it to the BlueCross BlueShield Association when you enrolled.
    3. Click the "Next Step" button. Be patient - do not press the "Next Step" button multiple times as this will cause the registration process to fail and you will have to start over again.
  4. Continue to the Your Site Access page,
    1. Enter your email address and cell phone information in the format specified.
    2. Create your Blue Health Connection User Name (must contain a minimum of 8 characters) and Password (must contain a minimum of 8 characters and must consist of at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, and one number).
    3. Click the "Register Now!" button.
    You are now successfully registered and will be able to create your account and communication preferences on the next two screens.
  5. Complete the Your Preferences page.
    1. Choose up to three Daily Dose categories that will display on your personalized registered user home page.
    2. Click the "Save Settings" button.
  6. The Thank you for registering page will come up. To access the registered user page, you need to:
    1. Enter your newly created Blue Health Connection password, and
    2. Click the "Login Now" button.
